Tung Health (“TungScan”, “Lumi”, “Lumi Ai”, “Tung,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides AI-powered wellness insights based on structured analysis of tongue images. We are committed to protecting your privacy through transparency, security, and responsible data use.

By using the Tung Health mobile application, website, and related services (the “App”), you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

We may collect:

  • Phone number (if used for sign-in)

  • Subscription and purchase history

We do not collect government ID numbers or sensitive identity documents.

1.2 Tongue Images & Scan Data

When you submit a scan, we may collect and securely store:

  • Tongue photographs (unless image storage is disabled by you)

  • Extracted image features used for structured analysis

  • Deterministic scan metrics and subscores

  • Derived wellness indicators (hydration, stress, coating levels, etc.)

  • Organ-zone mappings

  • L.U.M.I. insights and personalized wellness plans

  • A non-biometric internal consistency marker used solely to maintain scan continuity (not for identity recognition)

Important:

  • Tongue images are NOT used for biometric identification.

  • We do not perform facial recognition.

  • Tongue data is used exclusively for wellness analysis and trend tracking.

  • Users may disable image storage at any time within the App.

If image storage is disabled:

  • Images are processed securely for analysis

  • Only extracted structured scan metrics are retained

  • The raw image file is not saved

1.3 Device & Technical Information

We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate and improve the App, including:

  • Device model

  • Operating system

  • App version

  • Time zone

  • Error logs and diagnostic data

This information is used solely for performance, security, and stability.

1.4 Usage & Engagement Data
